We do not accept cancellations or any changes with the order after checkout. Please kindly ask any questions before making the purchase.

Important Note: The pandemic has severely impacted international courier service. Please use the shipping timeline below for reference only. It is unfortunately, not under our control once we hand off our products to the courier. We try our best to ship out our products within the next business day to minimise the wait time.
Due to the unpredictability of the shipping times, we advise all customers to take responsibility of checking their tracking number from time to time too.

Vat/Customs/Duties

Customers are responsible for any VAT/customs/duties fees charged upon arrival to destination country. Our prices do not include VAT/customs/duties fees.

Returns

We offer returns for our jewellery, except for earrings (for hygienic reasons), within 7 days of purchase. Please notify us within 7 days or returns will not be granted.

 

Original shipping charges will NOT be refunded.

*Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs and make sure they mark the return package as “RETURN”. Should we be charged taxes upon receipt of the return, the taxes will be deducted from the return amount. Customers are responsible for taxes/customs fees charged upon return. Trackable shipping service is highly recommended as we are not responsible for lost parcels during return.


Items must be in it's original undamaged state. Please return your items (undamaged and in it's original box) along with the receipt to:

All returns will be inspected for damages. If items are damaged or not in its original packaging, returns will not be granted.

Care Guide

Our handmade jewellery should be keep in a safe drawer or jewellery box, away from other jewellery.

All beaded pieces are delicate and should be handled with care.

They are not meant to be worn in the shower or the pool as the chemicals will affect the lustre and nacre of the pearls. 

Please keep away from direct sunlight in prolonged period of time.

Please take off at night to preserve the beauty of each piece.
