Refund policy

We offer returns for our jewellery, except for earrings (for hygienic reasons), within 7 days of purchase. Please notify us within 7 days or returns will not be granted. Any customized jewellery will not be eligible for returns.

Original shipping charges will NOT be refunded.

*Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs and make sure they mark the return package as “RETURN”. Should we be charged taxes upon receipt of the return, the taxes will be deducted from the return amount. Customers are responsible for taxes/customs fees charged upon return. Trackable shipping service is highly recommended as we are not responsible for lost parcels during return.

Items must be in it's original undamaged state. Please return your items (undamaged and in it's original box) along with the receipt to:

All returns will be inspected for damages. If items are damaged or not in its original packaging, returns will not be granted.
